WHAT TO WEAR
Clothes that you feel comfortable in - be prepared to kick your shoes off and relax!
We might take a short mindful walk in the park so bring an umbrella in case of rain.

The Workshop is on the ground floor and garden if the weather's good.  Unfortunately, there is no wheelchair access. (I'd be happy to come to a venue to suit you.)
